The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has barred Christian Oey, a former director in the financial and insurance services industry, from managing corporations for five years due to his involvement in the collapse of three companies, Australian Broker News reported. Mr. Oey was associated with Australian companies Clickthru Pty Ltd., O’Corp Media Pty Ltd. and Cornerstone Growth Capital Pty Ltd. The regulator’s investigations revealed several failures in Mr. Oey’s duties, including misuse of company funds and improper use of position for personal gain.
