Lloyd’s syndicate performance improved in 2023

A new report from Howden Re., said that Lloyd’s syndicate underwriting performance improved in 2023 throughout the majority of classes, with reinsurance growing considerably, Reinsurance News reported. The reinsurer said that the performance was mainly driven by lower catastrophe losses, continued rate increases and agile risk selection.
