To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

American Airlines faces a trial starting June 24 over allegations that its 401(k) plan sacrificed investment performance by including ESG-focused options, Plansponsor reports. The class action, initiated by former pilot Bryan Spence, claims the airline failed to monitor investment managers and address ESG-related issues.
