American Airlines faces a trial starting June 24 over allegations that its 401(k) plan sacrificed investment performance by including ESG-focused options, Plansponsor reports. The class action, initiated by former pilot Bryan Spence, claims the airline failed to monitor investment managers and address ESG-related issues. The trial will convene at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Fort Worth.
