15% of firms suffer cyber incidents due to low security investments

A new study by Russian cyber security firm Kaspersky Lab ZAO showed that 15% of companies worldwide have suffered cyber incidents due to insufficient cybersecurity investment in the last two years, Daily Times reported. The report also showed that energy oil and gas, critical infrastructure as well as energy organizations suffered the largest number of cyber incidents due to improper budget allocation.
