Moldova may soon lose gas supplies from Russia

Moldovan gas utility company JSC Moldovagaz has warned of a possible halt in the gas supplies from Russia due to its inability to repay Russian gas supplier Gazprom PJSC, Upstream Online reported. Moldovagaz said that the government-approved cap on gas prices has forced it to undercharge the customers, leaving a wide gap in price at which it buys gas from Gazprom and what Moldovagaz customers actually pay.
