To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

A survey by U.K.-based office furniture shop Kit Out My Office has found that theft by employees cost British businesses over £190 million ($278 million) per year, Business Matters reported.
Around 67% the survey respondents confessed to have stolen from their workplace. About 73% of the respondents said they had never been caught stealing from the office. Of the remaining 27% that were caught stealing, 51% said they got away with it without any penalty, while 36% received a warning. The remaining 13% said they lost their job due to the theft.
