BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Rafal Walkiewicz has been named CEO of Willis Capital Markets & Advisory, Willis Towers Watson's firm's investment banking business, Willis Towers Watson announced Wednesday.

Mr. Walkiewicz, who is based in New York, joined Willis Capital Markets & Advisory in 2014 and was named co-CEO of the unit last April. His appointment is effective immediately.

The other co-CEO, Michael Guo, is leaving the company. Mr. Guo joined Willis in 2013 as WCMA's head of Asia, having been a partner and managing director of The Boston Consulting Group.

“The new WCMA structure has evolved to reflect the most appropriate framework for the business to service its clients,” said a spokeswoman for Willis Towers Watson in an email. “We cannot however comment on Michael's future plans outside Willis Towers Watson.”

“Rafal has been instrumental to the success of WCMA over the past few years, and I am confident he will continue to strengthen its client offering and drive the business forward in new markets,” said Dominic Casserley, president and deputy CEO of Willis Towers Watson, in the announcement.

“I also want to thank Michael for the valuable contribution he has made to WCMA's global footprint by further developing and broadening its client relationships and market coverage in Asia.”
