Lockton to streamline Texas operations

Lockton Cos L.L.C. said on Wednesday that it would create two new business teams to align its Texas operations.

Lockton’s Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, and Fort Worth Property-Casualty operations will combine into a single operation under the leadership of Tim Kelly, chairman and CEO. Frank Scardino will continue in his role as president of the Dallas Property-Casualty business, Lockton said in a statement.

In addition, Bruce Sammis has been named chairman and CEO of Lockton’s Employee Benefits operations in Texas which includes Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio, according to a Lockton statement.

The combined Lockton Texas operation has 700 associates and more than $200 million in revenue, according to a statement.

“The Lockton team in Texas plans to make investments in people and technology to enhance service for our clients and provide innovative solutions in both employee benefits and risk management,” Mr. Sammis said in the statement.
