BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Global management consulting company Accenture P.L.C. has launched a Digital Insurance Solution Center in Chicago.

The center allows Accenture clients to test digital insurance products and “provides an environment where clients can review and interact with prototyped solutions, benchmark successes and failures from past projects and use the learning to develop solutions that respond to the opportunities and challenges insurers face,” Accenture said Thursday in a statement.

Clients include property/casualty insurers, life insurers, reinsurance firms and insurance brokers, an Accenture spokeswoman said Monday.

“DISC offers insurers a cost-efficient, low-risk way of experimenting with a wide range of technologies before deploying them to consumers, business partners or internally,” Cindy De Armond, managing director with Accenture’s property/casualty insurance services and the policy services offering lead for North America, said in the statement. “Accenture works with insurers in a state-of-the-art environment to help them explore emerging trends, such as robotics and drones, which is crucial as insurance companies become more digital.”

Accenture launched its first Digital Insurance Solution Center last year in London.
