The Disability Management Employer Coalition said on Friday that Terri L. Rhodes has rejoined the organization to serve as its new CEO.
She replaces Charlie Fox, who is retiring.
Ms. Rhodes previously served as the employer association’s executive director, where she focused on growing the association’s membership and conference attendance and worked on regulatory issues related to employee leave and disability laws.
“Terri Rhodes is the right person to continue to raise DMEC’s profile as the expert on absence and disability management programs, issues and innovations,” DMEC Chairman Marcia Carruthers said in a statement. “Terri combines professional expertise with the kind of executive vision that will make DMEC an indispensable resource for employers faced with a complex and changing environment.”
Ms. Rhodes previously held absence and disability management roles at Mercer L.L.C. and Abbott Laboratories prior to rejoining DMEC.
