Cybercrime costs Australia $802 million each year: Commission

The Australian Crime Commission has said that cybercrime costs the country more than $1 billion Australian ($802 million) each year, reports SPAMfighter.com citing Technology Decisions.

The ACC said that malware is expected to be the biggest cyber threat for Australia in the coming five years. An official said that the online threats to the country from domestic and international organized cybercrime groups have become increasingly complex.
