BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.

To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.

To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Air pollution-related issues cost Europe up to $235.15 billion in 2012: Agency

The European Environment Agency said in a report that problems related to air pollution cost Europe up to €189 billion ($235.15 billion) in 2012, Reuters reports.

The agency's estimate includes damage to buildings, reduction in agricultural output and the effect on health costs, among other things.

The agency identified coal-fired power plants as the chief source of pollution, reported Reuters.
