BI’s Article search uses Boolean search capabilities. If you are not familiar with these principles, here are some quick tips.
To search specifically for more than one word, put the search term in quotation marks. For example, “workers compensation”. This will limit your search to that combination of words.
To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

The Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board in Canada is looking to reduce premium rates by an average of 3.3% in 2015, saying it has seen a better safety record and effective return-to-work schemes, Leader Post reported.
Premium rates will fall in 33 of the WCB's 50 rate codes, increase in 12 rate codes and remain the same in five rate codes. The WCB said this is the eighth consecutive year where the average premium rate has declined.
