To search for a combination of terms, use quotations and the & symbol. For example, “hurricane” & “loss”.

Japan's Financial Services Agency is looking to combine its inspection and supervisory policies to boost insurer oversight, sources revealed.
The sources said the new policy will be unveiled in September, reports The Japan Times citing Jiji Press.
